1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Cyanbuild. By accessing or using our platform and proprietary AI engine for automated construction planning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Credits and Purchases

Cyanbuild operates on a credit based consumption model allowing you to analyze blueprints flexibly without enforced monthly loss of value.

  • No Expiration: Credits and tokens purchased or allocated to your account will never expire. They remain indefinitely in your balance until they are successfully used on platform capabilities.
  • Fair Billing: In the event our processing nodes fail to analyze your document, any deducted credits are strictly and automatically refunded to your balance.

3. Refund Policy

Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the exceptionally high, non recoverable computational costs associated with our advanced machine learning infrastructure, all purchases for credits are final and strictly non refundable. Once credits are used and a calculation result is provided successfully, no financial compensation or refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Limitation of Professional Liability

Cyanbuild is provided strictly as a supplementary "estimate and analysis tool" designed to accelerate the takeoff process for engineering and construction professionals.

The final responsibility for the accuracy of estimates, quantity surveys, materials calculations, and dimensional measurements resides solely with the user. You must independently verify all AI generated outputs against original architectural drawings and local building codes before bidding or procuring materials.

Cyanbuild and its affiliates assume zero liability and shall not be held financially responsible for: any inaccurate, omitted, or hallucinated analyses; miscalculated bids resulting in financial loss; material ordering deficits or surpluses; structural project delays; or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use our systems solely for lawful, professional engineering evaluation. Unauthorized reverse engineering of our proprietary extraction processes or abusing our secure processing nodes is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

6. Changes to Terms

Cyanbuild reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our infrastructure following appropriate notification implies formal acceptance of any revised terms.
