The allowance, the review step and the billing terms, explained.
- What do I get on Free?
- Create an account and process up to 3 PDF pages each month without a credit card. Review detected quantities against your drawing before deciding whether you need more monthly capacity.
- What counts as a page?
- Each page in an uploaded PDF counts toward your monthly allowance. A 10-page PDF uses 10 pages. Pages that fail or are not processed are returned to the allowance. Page usage is tracked by calendar month; your subscription renewal date is shown separately in Billing.
- Which drawings can I upload?
- The takeoff workflow accepts PDF drawings up to 50 MB. Clear plans make review easier. Processing time depends on the drawing and page count; always check the detected quantities before using them in a bid.
- Are the quantities guaranteed to be accurate?
- No. AI can miss or misclassify elements. Use the drawing overlay and confidence information to review the output, then verify quantities and rates before submitting an estimate or bid.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Manage billing to manage or cancel your subscription in Whop. Cancel before your next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Can I get a refund?
- Under the current Terms of Service, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current period. Contact support if you have a billing issue.
